Our Production Manager is in the field every day in charge of quality.  We pick up our salal every day in refrigerated trucks.  We maintain a high level of accountability for where and how our products are harvested.

Our production is harvested in areas like this.  Salal and beargrass are indigenous to the Pacific Northwest.  It grows on the western coasts of Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.
